The<em> USA Today<\/em> website also contains <a href=\"http:\/\/yourlife.usatoday.com\/health\/story\/2011\/07\/Compare-hospitals-on-heart-attack-heart-failure-and-pneumonia\/49683752\/1\">an interactive graphic<\/a> with a user-friendly interface, to help readers compare hospital death rates and readmission rates for MI, HF, and pneumonia.<\/p>\n<p>A pointed example of the gap between perception and performance is Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York.
