In an <a href=\"http:\/\/content.onlinejacc.org\/cgi\/content\/abstract\/j.jacc.2009.11.047v1\">expedited publication in the <em>Journal of the American College of Cardiology<\/em><\/a>, Cheng and colleagues report on a large systematic review and meta-analysis of 42 nonrandomized studies involving 5,888 patients.
