Similar to the Newsfeed on Facebook or Network Activity on LinkedIn, Recent Activity is updated in real-time and brings you inside the discussions on CardioExchange as they are unfolding.<\/p>\n<p>View all the activity; just the topics, blogs and members that you\u2019re following; or content from our editors.<\/p>\n<p><em>Following<\/em><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/3a9e8a7b3d-custmedia.vresp.com\/library\/1279637715\/dc97b7a1ae\/follow_blog.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"170\" height=\"75\" align=\"right\" \/>Make the most of your time on CardioExchange by Following blogs and topics that interest you.  Simply click the \u201cFollow\u201d links on blogs and topics, then choose \u201cCurrently Following\u201d in the Recent Activity stream.<\/p>\n<p>You can even follow other members \u2013 colleagues, respected voices in the cardiology community, or just fellow members who post insightful comments on CardioExchange. It\u2019s not <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/3a9e8a7b3d-custmedia.vresp.com\/library\/1279637715\/9ce2c45be3\/follow_member.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"219\" height=\"66\" align=\"right\" \/>like making friends on Facebook \u2014 it\u2019s more like Following on Twitter.  There is no implied relationship \u2014 you\u2019re just tuning into content and conversations of interest.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Follow the conversation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When you discover an interesting discussion on a CardioExchange blog post, click \u201cFollow this comment\u201d to ensure that you don\u2019t miss what happens next.  New comments will appear in your Recent Activity feed under \u201cCurrently Following\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comment anonymously<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/3a9e8a7b3d-custmedia.vresp.com\/library\/1279637715\/6a24a81f58\/anonymously.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"214\" height=\"49\" align=\"right\" \/>We\u2019ve added the ability to request anonymity when you comment. Unlike named comments, which appear immediately, anonymous comments are forwarded to our editors for moderation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nobody needs another inbox<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If a CardioExchange member is interested in contacting you, they can do so using the Private Message form in your profile.  The message is forwarded to your email, and the member never sees your email address.  It is up to you to decide if you want to reply or not.<\/p>\n<p><strong>More privacy control<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/3a9e8a7b3d-custmedia.vresp.com\/library\/1279637715\/2d8d1c5c0d\/privacy.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"254\" height=\"55\" align=\"right\" \/>We\u2019ve added more options within your profile to display personal information to the CardioExchange community.<\/p>\n<p>We hope that these features improve your experience with CardioExchange and that you continue to enjoy the content and conversations.
