The arrangement will deepen the existing relationship between the two organizations, which already collaborate on the Innovations in Interventions (i2) Summit at ACC\u2019s Annual Scientific Sessions.<\/p>\n<p>In <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.cardiosource.org\/post\/ACC-Becomes-Co-Sponsor-of-TCT-Symposium-GUEST-POST.aspx\">a blog post<\/a>, incoming ACC president David Holmes wrote:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8220;Today\u2019s announcement means the two groups will work together on a partnership that involves sharing content and distribution of educational materials. The ACC and CRF will form a physician-led &#8216;Collaborative Council&#8217; of senior physician leaders that will meet regularly to review progress towards established objectives and to set the strategic direction of the affiliation.
