The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nejm.org\/doi\/full\/10.1056\/NEJMoa1002926\">report by Kiran Musunuru and colleagues<\/a>, published in the <em>New England Journal of Medicin<\/em>e, has its origins in a study started in 1994 of a family with hypobetalipoproteinemia not caused by an\u00a0<em>APOB <\/em>variant.
