The polycystic ovary syndrome is a disorder characterized by hyperandrogenism, ovulatory dysfunction, and polycystic ovaries. A Woman with a Deepening Voice

In a new Case Record of the Massachusetts General Hospital, a 57-year-old woman presented with hirsutism, hair loss on the scalp, and deepening of her voice.
