		<description>I have PD and have had DBS.
Because my symptoms were not very dopa responsive, I was declined for surgery
at a local academic center.
After the procedure was done at a community hospital, my symptoms became dopa responsive  are fairly well controlled with Sinemet. Balance and walking are still problematic.</description>
